Before design, I spent eight years as an Air Force hydraulics craftsman, then worked the phones as an agent at USAA and Discover. For the past 7+ years, I've designed enterprise tools for people doing that kind of demanding work, mostly in financial services.
I know what it's like to search for an answer while a customer waits on the line, so I design for that moment: fewer clicks, clear next steps, and nothing left to memory.
My approach balances deep research, iterative design, and close collaboration with engineering teams to ship products that actually get used.
